Mastermind Pre-Season

Introduction

This module is to help you get ready for the mastermind and to make sure that you have all of the pieces in place to ensure that you have the most success possible in your time with us.  Please use this time to ask any and all questions you may have as it pertains to your real estate business.

Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to grow yourself both on a professional level and on a personal level. There are a few foundational principles we will be following in this course one of which is that to grow your business you have to grow yourself.  We will go over things like creating goals that drive a business plan, designing a personal development course, and how to make the money and live the life you desire.

Part 1 Time Management

Most Entrepreneurs understand that how we spend our time during our work hours have a direct impact on our business.  It also becomes painfully obvious that when we mismanage our work hours we pay for it when it comes time for our family and personal life.  There are many books and methods out there that deal with this issue, but this method is unique in its approach and one of the few that takes in into account the significance that performing a task will have on your future time commitments.

Part 2 The Three Vital Behaviors

There are many things to measure and statistics to strive for but in this group, we want to hold you accountable for the behaviours, that if performed every day will develop the successful habits and in turn a healthy business. Your assignment is to set goals for the first two vital behaviors and get a book if you have not already started one from the recommended books from the previous modules and dedicate 10 minutes a day to grow yourself.
