Introduction to Module #2

This module we will be laying the groundwork for building a successful real estate business.  We will be going over the core values of a service-oriented sales approach.  We will also cover things like effective goal planning, the 3 vital behaviors that every Agent should be doing daily, and time management.  You will use the things we go over in this module throughout the mastermind and then throughout your career.

Part 1

Rapid Planning Method

Setting goals is a vital piece of the puzzle of success.  You have probably seen many many different methods to arrive at the goals you want to achieve.  For the sake of this mastermind, we are all going to use the same format to make it easier to hold each other accountable.  Having a common method makes this much more effective.  We have chosen the Rapid Planning Method.  Below we have put the link to download a document describing the RPM and how it is to be used. If you find yourself struggling with this please feel free to post in the group and ask for guidance.  Once you have done an RPM for your business your assignment is to upload it as a file in the group so that we can hold you accountable to your goals as a group.
