The best CRM is the CRM that gets used.  That being said we have provided some suggested CRM’s below that can suit most budgets and businesses.  If you already have a CRM you like you are welcome to continue with that CRM.  At the bottom of the page, you will see a button to sign up for a Zapier account, this is a mandatory tool for you to have during this mastermind.

For the sake of this mastermind, we will use KV Core to show illustrations of the ideas and strategies.

KvCORE is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for the real estate industry. Key features include task planning, listings, lead management and distribution management. KvCORE allows agents to generate leads from various sources such as listing videos, landing pages and squeeze pages. Users can shortlist the leads and sync contacts with the KvCORE database. The solution provides users with templates to design customizable content pages by defining listings, price ranges and other related information for a specific area. KvCORE’s reporting and analytics feature assists users in analyzing individual agent and team performance. It also helps users track the number of potential clients and prospects that are in the pipeline, which in turn helps to estimate revenue and forecast future sales. LionDesk is a cheaper option.  It is a CRM, Lead, and Transaction management platform for Agents, Brokers, and Teams. With features like intelligent drip campaigns, video emails and texting, text-2-sell tools, social and demographic profiling, integrated power-dialer and more, LionDesk is an all-in-one solution that can take your business to the next level.

Cost – Starting at $0 Plans and goes all the way up to $800 for the professional plan.  (The free plan is a bare bones but it will at least help you stay organized)

With its cloud-based, customer relationship management platform, HubSpot helps companies of all sizes track and nurture leads and analyze business metrics. HubSpot is suitable for any B2B or B2C business in a variety of segments, including accounting, construction, retail, real estate and more.

HubSpot offers a visual dashboard with a real-time view of the entire sales funnel. Users can track customer interactions automatically through email, social media or phone calls and every interaction is stored in a timeline organized by lead.

HubSpot enables users to create and manage email templates and track how well those emails are performing. The solution can also send real-time notifications for events such as when a contact opens an email or downloads an attachment.

Zapier is the 3rd party service that will get your leads from Facebook to your CRM.  Zapier is compatible with most CRM’s used for real estate.  You should only need the free version for the purposes of this mastermind.
